MIRVAC - Voyager is a beacon of bronze shimmering glass, welcoming visitors to Melbourne from the Bolte Bridge as the gateway to the city. The luxurious 43-storey tower is a signature tower for Yarra’s Edge and the latest development by Mirvac. Sharper has been appointed as the cleaning service provider to continue its high standard of excellence.
FERRARI - For the last 2 years, Sharper has continued to uphold the Ferrari standard in cleaning. As the sole license holder for Ferrari Australia, it was imperative that Zagame Ferrari Adelaide's physical environment matched their high-end marketing brand essence.
FENDI - first opened two freestanding Australian stores in Sydney and Melbourne in 2016, opening in the heart of Sydney’s Westfield in the city centre, and in Melbourne’s luxury shopping hub, Chadstone. As the brand has continued its Australian expansion, so has our partnership with Fendi—now boasting five stores along the eastern seaboard—all serviced by us.
MERCEDES-BENZ BERWICK - We were selected to take their cleaning to the next level.
PDG - We’ve been the cleaning service provider at Abode318 since completion in 2014. This stunning 57 level development in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD boasts amenities with the entire 9th and 55th floors being dedicated to spaces for relaxation, entertaining or working out. Facilities include a black granite, infinity-edged swimming pool, sauna and steam room, barbeque terrace, meeting rooms and a generously sized dining and lounge area as well as a fully equipped gymnasium overlooking the city.
HENGYI - Developed by Hengyi and located in Carlton, Swanston Central is a 70+ level skyscraper with 1,000+ apartments. Based on our track record of servicing multi-level residential, Sharper was selected to service this landmark site.
GOODMAN - In Australia, Goodman owns, develops and manages modern, high quality industrial and business space. Their current portfolio consists of 159 properties located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Following a competitive tender process, we were selected to provide cleaning services for the entire Victorian portfolio—14 sites in all.
STOKEHOUSE - A Melbourne institution since 1990, Stokehouse is synonymous with Australian beach luxe. With uninterrupted views across Port Phillip Bay and St Kilda's palm-lined promenade, Stokehouse welcomes discerning diners seven nights a week. The service and presentation are sharp. So is the cleaning.
